Charity Poker Run
Saturday October 15th, 2005
Ride
begins and ends at Poppy Square on Garner Road in Spartanburg, SC. There will
be an area designated for this event in front of Danz Place, 100 McMillan Drive.
Cyclists
will travel along the routes and stop at rest areas to pick up playing cards and enjoy a snack. Cyclists with the best poker hands at the end of the tour receive PRIZES!!

from Charlotte traveling on I-85: Take exit 77 onto I-85 Business. Follow I-85 Bus. for approximately 3 miles. Take exit 5 onto
I-585 and travel southeast into Spartanburg. Travel along I-585 for approximately
2 miles. Garner Rd will be on your Left shortly after I-585 turns into N. Pine
St. Poppy Square will be on you left shortly after turning onto Garner Rd.

from Greenville traveling on I-85: Take exit 69 onto I-85 Business. Follow I-85 Bus. for approximately 5 miles to Exit 5.
Take exit 5 onto I-585 and travel southeast into Spartanburg. Travel along
I-585 for approximately 2 miles. Garner Rd will be on your Left shortly after
I-585 turns into N. Pine St. Poppy Square will be on you left shortly after turning
onto Garner Rd.

from Ashville/Columbia via I-26: Take exit 19 onto I-85 Business. I-85 Bus. for approximately 3 miles to Exit 5. Take exit 5
onto I-585 and travel southeast into Spartanburg. Travel along I-585 for approximately
2 miles. Garner Rd will be on your Left shortly after I-585 turns into N. Pine
St. Poppy Square will be on you left shortly after turning onto Garner Rd.
Proceeds will go to helping children’s families in Spartanburg
County-which include children with cancer and other life threatening diseases. |
